Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to the use of the “WorkSell” service (the “Service”) provided by the operator listed in the Contact section below.

• Selling digital products and services.
• Managing invoices and payments.

Some features are optional. Full functionality requires sign-in. You must keep your credentials confidential.

• Do not upload unlawful content.
• Do not infringe third-party rights.
• No abuse (e.g., automated spamming).

Digital products and invoices on WorkSell are sold by the individual seller, not by WorkSell. Refunds work as follows:

• Refunds are issued by the seller. WorkSell does not refund buyers on its own initiative.
• To request a refund, contact the seller you bought from directly.
• Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank.
• A full refund ends access to the downloaded file. A partial refund leaves access in place.
• Consumers in the EU may have statutory cancellation rights. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can lapse once you expressly agree to immediate delivery.

WorkSell is free to use. A flat 2% platform fee is charged on each payment you receive. Payments from your clients are processed via Stripe. See Pricing for details.

• You may stop using WorkSell at any time.
• You can disconnect your Stripe account and delete your WorkSell account in Settings at any time.

WorkSell strives for accuracy but assumes no warranty for user content.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update these Terms if the service or legal requirements change.
